  2. How long does it take to get a dress?
    It depends on the dress your interested in most styles are in stock and will ship within one working day. If not in stock it will take about 1-2 weeks for most style. But can take as much as 6 weeks for some of the styles. You can check stock by e-mailing us at: Contact Us make sure to include the style, size and color you interested in.

  3. How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs depend on the dress you looking at and you location. In most cases standard shipping on a single dress will cost about $10.00 to $15.00 and take about 3-6 working days (Monday – Friday). But, when you check out it will give you the option of air shipping if you need the order faster.

  4. Can I exchange for new size?
    Yes, you can exchange for a new size. You only have a limited time to request a return number so if you receive a dress and it does not fit please Contact Us ASAP for return number. If you only need to return for a new size you will just have to pay for shipping costs. You will not be charged a restocking fee for a exchange.

  5. Can my order be shipped to a different address than my billing.
    Yes, your order can be shipped to a different address but, it will delay shipping. To ship to a different address we must obtain a phone authorization from the card holder. And then get an address and name verification for the cards issuing bank. Once these steps have been completed we can ship your order. This process is in place to ensure the security of your personal and credit card information.

  6. Do you have a store I can go into to try dresses on.
    Sorry, at this time we do not have any retail locations. But, we do ship all over the world and if you need to return for new style, size or whatever you can do so.

  7. What is the Wear Date for when I order?
    It is important to put the wear date of your event. This way we know when you need the dress by. And, we are sure to get it too you by that date and contact you to change shipping if needed.
